Crisis Management ~ We have operational experience in the management of Crisis Events, in crisis and contingency planning, and the development of security awareness training programs.

Event Security ~ We developed a resource for an international corporation designed to facilitate the efforts of both operational and corporate security personnel involved in planning and managing the security of its Special Events. The resource contains a methodology that can be employed to identify critical security and safety issues associated with most special events. Use of the protocol facilitates development of strategies that assure the security and safety of those in attendance at an event and the protection of corporate interests and assets. It addresses the identification of key personnel; the establishment and maintenance of effective lines of communication; data collection and the conduct of site survey(s); and the identification and assessment of risks and the development of mitigation strategies. Finally, it outlines the nature and scope of a plan applicable to security considerations at a corporate "special event.

Due Diligence ~ We have substantial public and private sector experience in the conduct and oversight of inquiries that develop a comprehensive portrait of the background and reputation of individuals/firms for employment screening purposes as well as for the protection of business assets and interests.

Violence in the Workplace ~ We have experience in the investigation, management of organizational response, and resolution of incidents involving the actual or potential threat of work place violence.
