Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections are conducted to determine the presence and location of clandestinely installed electronic devices intended to compromise the communications security of an area, such as an executive office or conference room, or the telecommunications system servicing the targeted space. Based in the Washington, D.C area, SPELLINGS and ASSOCIATES, Inc. is equipped and ready to travel to service client TSCM requirements in any continental United States destination and is also available for foreign travel, contingent upon compliance with government regulations and restrictions.

The firm was founded by Billy B. (Bill) Spellings following his thirty-three year career as a Special Agent, Supervisor and Operational Manager with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his career, Mr. Spellings performed or supervised virtually every aspect of technical operations support of the FBI's field investigations. As a result, Mr. Spellings is recognized as an authority within his fields of technical expertise and he has extensive liaison contacts with personnel in his field at both the management and working levels of industry and government agencies.  He is a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI.
